Yes, we offer child seats and boosters free of charge for online bookings, subject to availability.
No. All our rates include the Mandatory Basic Insurance with excess (CDW), which covers third-party damage and theft.
We also provide Extra Free Coverage, which includes tyres, windows, mirrors, punctures, roadside assistance, and more — at no additional cost.
Only for some vehicle groups (F, I, J, H, K, and L) a deposit equal to the excess may be required.
Please note: This coverage may be voided in cases of improper vehicle use.
The free extra coverage will not apply in cases such as:

Yes. Our standard pick-up location is our Playa Blanca office.
If you wish to collect or return the vehicle elsewhere, such as Lanzarote Airport, please confirm it in advance via WhatsApp or email.
Our fuel policy is Full to Full:
Please return the vehicle with the same fuel level it had at pick-up.
We’ll also inform you of the correct fuel type when you collect the car.
Smoking inside the vehicle is not allowed.
Taking the vehicle outside Lanzarote without prior authorization is prohibited.
If authorized to take the vehicle to Fuerteventura, it must still be returned to Lanzarote.
Failure to comply may result in charges for returning the vehicle.
